ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead the fast-moving team responsible for helping developers build on Solana using Helius RPCs and streaming products. This role blends technical leadership, customer advocacy, and product collaboration. You’ll manage a team that spans pre-sales integrations, technical support, and developer enablement. Your mission is to ensure every developer integrates seamlessly and stays delighted. You’ll define how we scale support and integrations by hiring top technical talent, architecting workflows, building automation, and driving product improvements. You’ll stay hands-on when needed - jumping into code, debugging complex technical issues, and creating tools that elevate the entire developer experience.
