ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Solutions Engineer who thrives on being the go-to technical resource for developers building on Solana. You'll own the customer support experience — answering hard questions in real time, unblocking integrations, and turning recurring pain points into better products, docs, and tooling. This is a hybrid role: part technical support, part solutions engineering, and part internal engineering partner. You'll be embedded in our developer community day-to-day, spotting patterns in what customers need and shipping code, demos, and automation that raise the bar for the entire Helius developer experience.
