Delivery Consultant
Join Airtable’s Professional Services team as a Delivery Consultant and help enterprise customers unlock the full value of Airtable. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you’ll design, build, and implement tailored solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate onboarding, and drive long-term adoption. You’ll manage end-to-end implementations, collaborate cross-functionally, and shape best practices—making a measurable difference for our customers and our platform.
What you'll do
Deliver multiple concurrent enterprise Airtable implementations on time and within scope
Design scalable, reusable solution patterns and implementation playbooks
Lead customer onboarding and accelerate time-to-value
Advise customers on best practices, solution architecture, and workflow design
Contribute to internal documentation and best practice libraries
Partner with product teams to share customer insights and influence the roadmap
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to drive adoption and satisfaction
Track and improve key metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and customer adoption post-implementation
Who you are
5–8+ years in consulting, professional services, or solution delivery roles
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Airtable, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Strong background in workflow design, process mapping, and system implementation
Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management in enterprise environments
Excellent consulting and client-facing communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Solid understanding of database design and data modeling
Proven project management skills across multiple concurrent implementations
