Responsibilities
Lead the technical planning and execution of the AI algorithm team, overseeing core directions including intelligent customer service, large language model applications (GPT), and personalized recommendation (individualized user experience )
Drive the team's exploration of cutting-edge AI technologies; champion AI Native development practices to improve overall R&D efficiency
Lead the development of an AI platform, consolidating algorithmic capabilities and engineering infrastructure
Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value
Recruit and develop algorithm talent; establish the team's technical culture and engineering standards
