About the Role Chime is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead the development of scalable messaging and creative systems that power product launches. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for translating product strategy into clear, modular, and repeatable creative infrastructure. Leaning copy-first but fluent in visual systems, this role defines how Chime products are positioned, explained, and expressed across channels. You will build and evolve messaging systems, partner closely with design to ensure integration with visual frameworks, and develop AI-enabled workflows that enable speed, consistency, and quality at scale. This role operates with high autonomy, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and raising standards across Product Marketing and Go-To-Market creative. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $145,000.00 and up to $200,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
