evolving cryptocurrency landscape. About the Team The Strategic Opportunities team is a small, multidisciplinary team of people with diverse backgrounds and experience that report to the CEO. It is responsible for identifying, designing, and leading the execution of value-creating, cross-functional initiatives. The team works directly with senior leadership to build new businesses, address complex or time-sensitive situations, and support the strategic planning processes for the firm. The Role As an Analyst on the Strategic Opportunities team, you will report to the Chief of Staff and act as a critical leverage multiplier for the CEO, the Director of Strategic Opportunities, and the Chief of Staff. You will frequently be embedded in the business, working cross-functionally with leaders to solve the firm's messiest problems, capture data, and enable others to make data-driven decisions. What You’ll Do Elevate the Operating Rhythm & Executive Leverage Manage the company’s operating rhythm, operating one or more of our senior leadership forums and setting the agenda for the firm's most senior leaders. Prep the CEO for all key engagements, proactively resolve problems, and deal with issues before they reach the CEO's desk. Work with the Chief of Staff to develop compelling content and narrat
