Role Overview: This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position focused on the strategic product rollout, FX distribution, and business development across the United Kingdom . The role is specifically designed to bridge the gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and the digital asset ecosystem . You will play a critical role in scaling FX and on/off-ramp capabilities, supporting go-to-market efforts, and driving adoption and revenue growth through close collaboration with internal teams. Given the focus on multi-currency FX, stablecoins, and fiat rails, this position requires a highly specific, hybrid skillset . The successful candidate must possess deep expertise in traditional cross-border remittances while navigating the nuances of cryptocurrency. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Take full ownership of sales and business development for FX and related offerings throughout the UK region.
