Flow Traders is looking for a Digital Assets Operations Analyst to join our growing Operations team in New York. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail and the drive to innovate and automate. The Operations team at Flow Traders provides support during the life cycle of a trade, creates reconciliations, and develops reporting. It is also the responsibility of the team to identify, assess, respond, and monitor various risks to the firm. The Firm has an expanding set of products covering all major asset classes. The team continuously seeks opportunities to automate its workflows and processes, develop new ways to monitor and track data, and communicate key performance indicators of the department. What you will do Trade matching, booking, and settlement reconciliation Manage counterparty onboarding and operational relationships Monitor pending OTC settlements Perform real-time and T+1 reconciliations to ensure accurate and complete record keeping and trading positions Prepare complete and accurate trade and transaction reporting Prepare and report market making obligations statistics Position/PnL/Cost reconciliation Maintain ownership of critical data and perform checks to confirm data is complete and accurate Develop new operational tools Draft data requirements for current and new business initiatives Liaise with Trading, Business Development, IT, and Compliance to solve problems and create solutions Collaborate on projects aimed at advancing interdepartmental coordination and global business initiatives What you need to succeed At least 1 year of experience in Financial Operations Experience in Digital Assets, a plus Undergraduate degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or related fi
