The Department: Exchange Growth The Role: Lead Product Manager We are seeking a Product Manager with deep expertise in consumer growth and a passion for enhancing user experiences throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to drive Gemini Exchange's global growth initiatives. Your primary focus will be to define and execute strategic plans that increase user activation and engagement. By implementing tailored strategies for different user segments, you will encourage interaction with key features and products, reduce churn rates, and attract both new and existing users. Additionally, you will identify and optimize growth levers through data-driven experimentation across the funnel.
