We are seeking to hire an experienced post-trade operations professional to help co-manage our APAC Clearing function from our Hong Kong or Shanghai office. You should bring a strong financial operations, management, and business analysis skill set. As Clearing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of post-trade operations for the firm in the region, ensuring the reliability of the firm’s trading across multiple Asian trading venues and regional/global clearing and prime brokers. We’ll need you to be highly organized and an effective communicator, with a strong interest in financial markets. You should approach problems analytically and with the curiosity to understand how things work and how they can be improved. You’ll bring strong technical skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and take ownership of outcomes in post-trade operations. What You'll Do: Co-manage the APAC Clearing / Post-Trade Operations team, including day-to-day oversight, mentoring, and development of team members Own and manage post-trade workflows across regional exchanges and OTC markets, ensuring accurate and timely trade capture, confirmation, allocation, and settlement Partner with int
