We are seeking an experienced and strategic Analytics Manager to lead the Financial Empowerment domain (Investments, Savings, and Lending) one of our cross-functional areas shaping the development of one of the world's leading FinTech products. About the opportunity As an Analytics Manager, you will own the analytics strategy and execution for our Product & Business Segments within the respective domain. You are responsible for ensuring data is at the core of decision-making, fostering a strong data culture, and enabling teams to deliver measurable business impact. You will work in a cross-functional setup, leading a team of ~4 data analysts while partnering closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior business stakeholders.
