Sitting within the Global Corporate Development team, this person will be our eyes and ears in the US startup ecosystem, identifying and leading strategic opportunities that support Nubank’s international growth agenda. The initial focus is crypto: sourcing and executing acquihires and acquisitions, building relationships with founders, operators, and investors across the Bay Area ecosystem. Over time, the mandate will evolve — spanning AI partnerships, design talent pipelines, and opportunistic fintech M&A — as Nubank’s Bay Area footprint grows. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and can operate independently while staying tightly connected to a globally distributed team.
