The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced EMEA Benefits Manager to oversee and optimize our regional benefit programs. Based in Dublin and reporting to our US-based leadership, you will lead the implementation, day-to-day administration, and compliance of Okta's Total Rewards offerings across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong business acumen, capable of translating complex data into financial projections and actionable strategy. You must be an execution-focused leader who excels at managing multiple deadlines, building cross-functional relationships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of a global, matrixed organization. What you’ll be doing Deep Regional Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for complex, region-specific programs, particularly focusing on pension governance, healthcare trusts, and employee councils across EMEA. Vendor Procurement & Governance: Own the full vendor lifecycle for regional insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators. Lead comprehensive onboarding, overseeing contract negotiations, security protocols, and data privacy reviews, while driving ongoing accountability through SLAs and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Strategic Administration & Integration: Manage the end-to-end administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives.
