The Role We are seeking an Associate, Insurance Senior Business Analyst to help lead the charge in launching and scaling SoFi’s insurance platform. In this "0 to 1" role, you will be responsible for laying the foundation of our Insurance products, driving cross-functional priorities, and ensuring the business’ long-term health. This is a truly cross-functional position for a builder who loves to "run after problems". You will work across our suite of insurance products (home, auto, life) and enable the team to drive meaningful growth. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to ensure we deliver a best-in-class experience. What You’ll Do Support the Business Lead in all facets of the insurance business Partner with cross-functional leaders from across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and more to ensure we are helping our members Get Their Money Right Drive external partnership conversations with insurance counterparts Own the "source of truth" for the Insurance portfolio.
