The role Provide accurate, courteous and efficient services to Golden Pacific’s Bank customers. Support and promote GPB’s strategic plan and branch goals by cross-selling the products and services offered by the bank. What you’ll do: Actively cross-sell and refer GPB’s deposit and loan products. Accept and process deposits, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts. Cash checks and process withdrawals for checking and savings customers within limits set forth on the cashing limit card. Process the redemption of U.S savings bonds, cashiers checks; collect applicable service charges. Receive loan payments, reserve payments, installment loans and mortgage payments. 6.
